Female hysteria amidst maintaining traditional values and discipline

It’s tough being a woman at odds with maintaining traditional values and feeling (and being) attractive. Fashion has evolved and hysteria (the female disease) appears to have faded. A trend toward Christian Domestic Discipline is surfacing. It may seem like a joke but, for some, it could be very serious and dangerous. It’s hidden amidst maintaining traditional values.

In the past few centuries, industry, science and reason have countered traditional values bringing new freedoms fostering individual opportunity. Prior to that, maintaining traditional values were the core of group sovereignty supporting survival of the fittest. Those groups used the power of patriarchal faiths. Matriarchal faiths, dubbed paganism, were all but wiped out during the Dark and Medieval ages. The rise of female hysteria among the faithful helped science take several strides against maintaining traditional values and disciplines through neurological and psychological developments. Traditional values have been reawakening over the past 60 years as faith shifts to the right for preserving order. Might is right as Christian evangelicals bring forth domestic discipline.

Emerging in the United States is an idea of Christian domestic spanking of disobedient wives. They use biblical quotes to support this belief. As absurd as this notion might be, patriarchal religions have practiced this for thousands of years and discussed throughout the world. Is this abuse or is it maintaining traditional values and discipline between husband and wife in a religious marriage? Traditional values from back then don’t apply now. As certain representatives discuss the importance of traditional values in legislation, is domestic spanking an extension of those values? Frighteningly, there is such a movement, though small, in the United States.

Sometimes living feels that you’re balancing and moving along a tightrope that isn’t there. People need validity and reason for support amidst chaos and hysteria. Maintaining traditional values and discipline is a form of validation but, for women, is it productive? Not believing and maintaining traditional values may make life seem as shaky as a fiddler playing on your roof. Do women need guidance and discipline? Are they willing to accept them?

There are lots of political and social issues about traditional religious values and restoring them as dominant traits among families. Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are patriarchal religions where men create the rules and women perform supportive family and domestic duties. If women didn’t follow customs, they were and are subject to ridicule and hysteria. We might source it as a form of sexual abuse. Arising in the new Christian families Christian Domestic Discipline is becoming popular among many Christian communities, with biblical support as an aid to maintaining traditional values in families.

If anything might be maintaining traditional values, hysteria might be it. It can be traced back over 4,000 years. Hysteria is the first mental disorder attributable to women, accurately described in the second millennium BC, and until Freud considered an exclusively female disease. Hippocrates is the first to use the term hysteria thousands of years ago as it appeared to stem from the uterus and, thus, a women’s ailment. In the beginning, it was perceived as a demonic ailment. It was cured with herbs, sex or sexual abstinence, punished and purified with fire. Women who rebelled against husbands were branded hysterical. They were subject to trials and public humiliation. As late as the 19th century, surgical procedures to remove the womb (hysterectomy) were common. The invention of the Vibrator in around 1880 was seen a therapeutic for hysteria. Freud was significant as he pioneered a talking therapy to seek out scientific roots. In some ways, hysteria remains evident but it best treated with antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications.

Comedian Milton Berle once said, “You can lead a man to Congress, but you can’t make him think.” President Abraham Lincoln once said, “As I would not be a slave, so I would not be a master. This expresses my idea of democracy” Religion is not democracy. It’s set by traditions passed through thousands of years as maintaining traditional values. The Bible is a radically pro-slavery document. Slave owners waved Bibles over their heads in the Civil War and justified it. In the world outside of religion, when it came to democracy, women received the short end of the stick until the 20th century. Or are women receiving no stick at all? Or are they under the stick of their husband? What does the Bible say?

It is believed that through the development of patriarchal religions, female roles were domesticated to raising children and maintaining the home. She usually was not exposed to group meetings nor did the woman have any exclusivity in male’s sexual wanderings. In a sense, this feeling outside of the core continues to be masked as maintaining traditional values.

Fundamental Christians maintaining traditional values continue to prepare daughters as housewives, belittling ambitions of higher achievement. Do women need domestic discipline or submission in maintaining family values?

In most patriarchal societies, women are not treated as equals to men. Many are denied comparable education. Many are denied equality in prayer rituals. Many can not publically recite poetry or songs. Many can’t learn to drive. Many have female circumcision to prevent sexual pleasure, and many are treated as property to be traded and sold. These are practiced through old, accepted traditions that go back thousands of years. Maintaining traditional values toward female roles in western and eastern civilizations are grounds for hysteria.

In medieval times, Catholics gave confessions directly to the priests. Instead of saying Hail Mary several times, absolution was carried out by spanking the confessing parishioner. The practice was stopped by the 18th century. Were women, however, subject to discipline from husbands?

Religionists maintain that God proscribed this for women. There were once laws that allowed men to hold as many concubines and mistresses they wanted but women were not allowed to do so. Beyond the realm of the church, Christian fundamentalists realize and support that, in this modern era, women are proscribed toward maintaining traditional values for home stability. A movement is developing that supports domestic discipline. The goal is to retrain women to know and accept their religious placement in society.

Is there anger among women? Eastern societies maintain severe punishments for women who choose not to continue maintaining traditional values. Some are executed. Women must practice writing, art, and education behind closed doors with absolute secrecy.

In the United States, legislators are vowing to deny women to abort unwanted pregnancies. Some are cast from the mainstream and forced to become single parent families. Undoubtedly, this adds to the numbers living in poverty. It may also lead to children integrated with unconscionable rage. Trying to establish laws that deny women rights in body control isn’t wrong if you are maintaining traditional values. But is maintaining traditional values right? What are the traditional values in a scientific and a contemporary global economy? Can maintaining traditional values be wrong?

Bible swingers support maintaining traditional values that were written thousands of years ago. Women are forbidden the right to question or become hysterical? Throughout the ages, in maintaining traditional values, women did questions, did seek to improve, and became hysterical when confronting powerlessness. Gradually maintaining traditional values were moved away from in plight for free expression.

Men are fighting for maintaining traditional values and there are women supporting them. There are many women that readily accept pre-determined frameworks of how to live. Many women do not want to risk their lives and gamble for other lifestyles that cast them from their traditional communities. They would readily accept domestic discipline than be cut free.

For women that fight for equality and comparability, those women maintaining traditional values are undermining the cause. Traditional values and behaviors are hard to fight and win over.

Obsessive-Compulsive people rigorously defend their obsessions and compulsions as truths with value. While these are person-specific, validating one’s reality as normal seems reasonable. Maintaining traditional values also seem reasonable, especially with community and group support.

In the Unite States, the Christian right is an informal coalition formed around a core of evangelical Protestants that draws support from politically conservative Catholics, Jews, Mormons, and academic secularists who share their goals. Their influence draws, in part, from grassroots activism as well as their focus on social issues and ability to motivate the electorate around maintaining traditional values. While relatively new, the Christian right is vehement in opposing abortion, gay rights, stem cell research and any arts that are contrary to biblical content. When living in a Christian-right, or Jewish-right, or Muslim-right community, it is difficult not to conform. You lose and gamble many things by not conforming.

Does domestic discipline over wives help women conform to maintaining traditional values within the community? Is it right? At what point does domestic discipline become domestic abuse? Women have suffered for many years in the name of God. Maintaining traditional values help to guide people correctly on paths that are well worn. Under penalties of being ostracized and detached from “normal”, many women accept inequality and discipline through maintaining traditional values. Is it morally right?

Moral correctness isn’t necessarily part of maintaining traditional values. Examine the Crusades, and the Grand Inquisition as two major pock marks in Christian history. Any husband perpetuating violence on his wife should not hide under the morality of maintaining traditional values. It should never be a traditional value. It’s outrageous that key religious figures discuss this as an option when psychology fails. It’s insane and crazy. Sadly, it is reaching many couples as a traditional value. Thank God that people aren’t generally accepting this concept of Christian Domestic Discipline but I fear those few that feel that it is a way to biblically maintain traditional values.

There are thresholds in personalities. Sometimes hysteria and reason clash at thresholds, especially within democracies. Dialog is always more beneficial than violence. When thinking women forced into accepting and maintaining traditional values and disciplines can’t take it any more, those beliefs explode. Maintaining traditional values and discipline is a way of avoiding chaos and mysterious unknowns. Without traditions, many would be as clumsy as a fiddler playing on the roof but they’ll seek and find their song.

Microsoft seems to get it with the Surface Pro 2 Tablet

In fast streaming technology, time is critical. Microsoft announced the Surface Pro 2 Tablet for release before Christmas. It replaces last year’s relatively unsuccessful Surface Pro Tablet, that was hidden behind the somewhat more prominent Surface Tablet. With more features, Microsoft Surface Pro 2 Tablet is taking a bow. Are prospective buyers applauding? Are they turning their heads? Are competitors planning? Will the Surface Pro 2 Tablet sell and bring Microsoft’s value up? What do you think?

Microsoft remained submerged in the tablet wars last year. Their Surface flopped from limited dealerships and because it didn’t offer what customers expected a Microsoft 8 device would do. They anticipated a PC in a tablet but only got a tablet. Now they unleashed the Surface Pro 2 Tablet that is a PC in tablet form, at less than 2 pounds and about a half-inch thin.

The year has been a costly one. Lenovo, HP, and Asus have been leading Ultrabook notebook designs with removable touchscreens that behave like a tablet. The Intel 2 in 1 Notebook Tablet offers an uncompromising and unique design that offers a notebook keyboard. These other manufacturers offer larger screens but proportionately weigh more and add carrying inches. But not significantly so.

The original Microsoft Surface and the Surface 2 are tablets. All tablets differ from a PC because they used an embedded ARM microprocessor. These enable greater battery efficiency and require less RAM memory. They can’t run Windows operating systems. They can run a significantly edged-down operating system Windows 8 RT but RT won’t run Office or other Microsoft software assets that a PC can. Like your smartphone, ARM uses RISC (Reduced Information Set Code), a very neat way of compressing programmable codes. Android and iOS are examples of RISC operating systems.

The Surface Pro 2 Tablet uses the Intel Core i5 processor, found in many notebook PC models in the $400 to $600 range. The difference is it has a 10.6 inch touchscreen and weighs only 2 pounds, roughly half the weight of a similar notebook. It uses the new Windows 8.1 operating system and offers USB, HDMI connectivity. It also has TPM Chip for enterprise security,
Wireless: Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n) capability, and Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy wireless technology. With dimensions of 10.81 x 6.81 x 0.53 inch, the Surface Pro 2 Tablet is about the thinnest notebook around.

The Surface Pro 2 includes Windows 8.1 Pro and a convenient Surface Pen for more precise control than your fingers. Yet, at an $899 to $1799 price range (depending on SD memory), it’s a costly tablet. If you want to use a real keyboard on case or with buttons, those are optional accessories.

Microsoft claims battery use can exceed 5 hours and takes less than 2 hours to fully charge.

Admittedly, last year’s Surface Pro release had edges over other Ultrabook. Lenovo’s Idea Pad had an Atom processor while the Surface Pro had a Core i5. As time moved on through 2013, Ultrabook manufacturers have been busy conceptualizing their new models. It’s likely that the USA Consumer Electronic Show 2014 will offer some surprises. The big question to mull over will be “Is the Surface Pro 2 Tablet worth it?.” It may be. But with a month from Surface Pro 2 Tablet release to CES announcements, how many customers will be wary?

The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 Tablet, for now, has no competitors but, with its December 15 2013 release date, you can expect Asus, Acer and others to shy in with their models by mid-2014. The Surface Pro 2 Tablet is a performer and is very mobile. Is it a wise purchase for personal and business use?

If Microsoft broadens its dealer channels over last year, it has a chance of being seen and bought. The Surface Pro 2 Tablet needs exposure and consumer acceptance. With the higher capacity models in the above $1,000 price range, is it good for business as well?

Protein is important for health so use your protein calculator

Everyone knows that vitamins are essential for health maintenance. Carbohydrates (sugars and starches) and Fats are important too, and also taste good. Few recognize the importance of protein.

They are involved in virtually all cell functions. Each protein within the body has a specific function. Some proteins are involved in structural support, while others are involved in bodily movement, or in defense against germs. Proteins vary in structure as well as function. They are constructed from a set of 20 amino acids and have distinct three-dimensional shapes.

Muscle builders know that protein is necessary to help them exercise to new potentials. Proteins are the building blocks of muscle growth. As you age, muscles become less lean, weaken, and contribute to energy reduction. Eating protein is very important. Unlike vitamins, proteins are best eaten from many resources. You need protein in your diet to help your body repair cells and make new ones. Protein is also important for growth and development during childhood, adolescence, and pregnancy.

Proteins are generally found in animal foods, for example meat, fish, and eggs. Dairy milk provides about 8 grams od protein per 8-ounce serving. Those people trying to manage cardiovascular disease and those people who lean toward vegan diets should be aware that non-cholesterol sources may not have the amino acid compounds that your body needs.

Part of the digestive process breaks protein into amino acids. There are 20 known amino acids. Essential amino acids cannot be made by the body, and must be supplied by food. They do not need to be eaten at one meal. The balance over the whole day is more important. The nine essential amino acids are:

Nonessential amino acids are made by the body from essential amino acids or in the normal breakdown of proteins. They include:
Aspartic acid
Glutamic acid

Conditional amino acids are usually not essential, except in times of illness and stress. They include:

All of these amino acids are necessary. Tyrosine is considered a not essential, conditional amino acid nut, according to Dr. Andrew Weil, Tyrosine may act as a precursor to neurotransmitters that help reduce depression and anxiety. Studies have also associated Tyrosine with helping Thyroid functions by stimulating essential thyroid hormones. So this conditional, non-essential amino acid is very significant.

Proteins are present in every cell and tissue, each one with a highly specialized function necessary for normal development and function with no one role more important than the others. You obtain most of the protein your body uses through your diet, although your body can metabolize some proteins automatically.

So how much protein do you need? The University of Maryland Medical System offers an excellent online protein calculator, based on age, height, gender, and activity. A 60 year old woman, 5 feet tall, with a sedentary lifestyle requires 57 grams per day. Light activity increases it to 62 grams. A 30 year old 6 foot male requires 91 grams per day (sedentary) or 98 grams (light activity). Activity increases minimum protein requirement.

For those dieters watching their carbohydrates, some theories indicate that dietary fiber and protein counteract the carb level. Research also indicates that when trying to lose weight, protein has a significant role in the protein/carb ratio factor.

What sugars and carbohydrates are to plants, proteins are to animals. Proteins are required for all the voluntary and autonomic movement that animals require to survive.

Considering high protein food sources, most are animal and these offer easy absorption during digestion. Soy and Tofu sources have recently been questioned regarding efficient metabolism and required amino acid relationships. Further research is required.

Of course, those with cardiovascular and cholesterol management issues may feel stuck between a rock and a hard corner. Statins (Lipitor, Crestor, Zocor) are helpful but can actually promote muscle waste in some people. People with muscular dystrophy can’t take statins. Weighing the importance of protein and general health maintenance, find and eat protein responsibly and stick to essential servings. Monitor your LDL levels at least three times per year.

Generally poultry is a very good protein source. When eaten skinless, the meat is low in saturated fat and high in the better monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. A 4-ounce portion provides about 200 grams of protein. Low- or non-fat milk provides about 32 grams of protein per quart with little cholesterol.

Protein shakes and protein bars that use whey protein isolates as a source as a source are beneficial meal replacements and convenient ways to access protein. Don’t rely on them as a sole source as excessive whey protein may result in digestive disorders. Also, when taking certain prescription drugs (such as antibiotics) there may be some negative interactions. As a support and as fuel before or after exercise, a protein shake or bar may be helpful.

Balance is the key to most diets and lifestyles. Get your vitamins and get your proteins. You just may end up feeling better. Meeting your minimum protein requirements is essential for what makes us human and active.

Sugar Free Oreo or Foods are not sweetener free

Walking up and down the aisles of the supermarket, I have been noticing that more foods are indicating “No Sugar Added” or “Sugar Free” on their labels. I was passing the cookie section and I noticed something almost obscene – Sugar Free Oreo cookies. The traditional Nabisco Oreo Cookie, was recently cited in a study showing Oreo cookies were more addictive than cocaine or heroin. An American favorite, the Oreo cookie has come out with a Sugar Free version but that doesn’t mean it’s sweetener free.

According to customer reviews on Netrition.com, 26 reviewers gave the sugar free Oreo cookies an average 4.6 rating out of a maximum of 5. It’s tasty!

According to the USA Federal Drug Administration rules, there are specific requirements for manufacturers adding “Sugar Free” to their labels. So how do manufacturers produce sugar free cookies that are palatable to consumers who love sweetness?

It’s kind of a trick. The matter is how sugar is defined. According to various studies and definitions, sugar is seen as chemical compounds such as sucrose and fructose. Neither of these are added to any of the Sugar Free products. Instead, these products have Sugar Alcohols added.

Sugar Alcohols may be derived from nature and can deliver sweetness. Sugar alcohols belong to a chemical class called Polyols. They do not intoxicate but they may have other side effects since your body doesn’t recognize them as food. The sugar alcohols commonly found in foods are sorbitol, mannitol, maltitol, xylitol, isomalt, and hydrogenated starch hydrolysates. Sugar alcohols come from plant products such as fruits and berries. The carbohydrate in these plant products is altered through a chemical process. These sugar substitutes provide somewhat fewer calories than table sugar (sucrose), mainly because they are not well absorbed and may even have a small laxative effect, when taken as several servings instead of one.

Sugar alcohols vary when it comes to glycemic index values. Most sugar alcohols tend to have lower glycemic indexes than sugars. Those watching sugar blood levels should contact a qualified nutritionist to determine whether sugar free products made from sugar alcohols are safe to use.

Are sugar alcohols healthy? Some studies indicate they are non-cariogenic, low-glycaemic (potentially helpful in diabetes and cardiovascular disease), low-energy and low-insulinaemic (potentially helpful in obesity), low-digestible (potentially helpful in the colon), osmotic (cleansing) carbohydrates. Sugar free has some health potentials, if used wisely.

Sugar Free cookies and products tend to be more expensive than sugared products. Economically, you’d think twice before noshing down a pound of these while watching TV.

Most sugar free cookies and sugar free chocolates use Maltitol as a primary sugar alcohol sweetner ingredient. Its sweetness has been rated at about 70% to 90% that of sugar. It has a higher glycemic index of other sugar alcohols.

High Maltitol intake may be the cause of intestinal gas and cramping, but some people may find themselves with diarrhea. In Europe, the maximum recommended dosage from foods is about 60 grams. According to the Calorie Control Council, Maltitol shares the laxative qualities of other sugar alcohol blends. As a result, those who take Maltitol can expect the regularity of their bowel movements to change. If you decide to eat products with Maltitol, you’d be wise to start with a small amount and judge the reaction — as well whether you plan to be mobile a few hours later. Maltitol has cleansing properties but not necessarily positive or predictable ones.

Maltitol is the principle ingredient of sugar free Oreo cookies. According to nutritional panel information, it has 8 grams of sugar alcohol per serving of 2 cookies. It may take 7 or 8 servings to send you to the bathroom so the habitual snacking potential isn’t as favorable as regular Oreo cookies.

Sugar alcohols differ from artificial sweeteners such as NutraSweet, Sweet & Low, and Splenda. They offer no calories. Splenda is often substituted for sugar in recipes to make sugar free cookies. Stevia is a plant that is native to South America. It is probably best known as a source of natural sweeteners where natives have used it for centuries. Sugar alcohols are preferred by manufacturers that make processed cookies and desserts, though, sometimes, you might find Stevia or an artificial sweetener included in the ingredients. They are intended as sweet enhancers.

Sugar alcohols help weight and sugar conscious individual have their cake and eat it too. Long term potential ill effects (other than intestinal cramps and diarrhea – from overdose) may yet need to be found. Like all sugar subs, taste may not be the same as sugar. If you use sugar free products responsibly in your diet, these sugar alcohols may allow your sweet tooth some satisfaction. Finding sweet in your daily living can be easy. Examine the sweetener options, take the taste tests, and see whether you can go sugar free.

Admittedly, most prefer sugar. It’s a habit that is hard to break.

Call it isogenics or isagenix

There are many self-improvement books and ideas. Socially, people realize that others are attracted by appearance. That is why diet systems prevail. Isagenix or Isogenics is another dietary method that works to cleanse and nourish your body. It works by eliminating impurities from the body, while, at the same time, supplying the body with the super nutrients it needs for optimum health. Isogenics and Isagenix are synonymous and based on the Isagenix brand.

Body cleansing programs are found in 48-hour, 7-day, 9-day, and 30-day programs. The idea is to shy away from processed foods and shift to whole foods that also supply natural fiber and enzymes to promote digestion. Under normal circumstances, weight loss can be seen. The key point here is normal and, before pursuing an isogenics or Isagenix diet, seek advice from your doctor.

People prone to constipation may be less sensitive to dietary fiber found in most foods or have a health condition. For those people who may not need to make a bowel movement for days, a laxative might be recommended. Within a few days, 2 to 5 pounds weight loss occurs. Unless, though, you nourish yourself wisely and drink plenty of water, you’ll experience exhaustion.

It is somewhat similar to the cleansing prior to a colonoscopy. Regular weight returns in a few days.

Some people suffer from bulimia, an affective and addictive disorder. Bulimics tend to exhibit depression and anxiety about body appearance. They regularly use products such as self-induced vomiting, the use of laxatives, dieting, or fasting. These methods are not what cleansing is all about.

Including these foods in your diet aid in cleansing your system:
•Dark green, leafy lettuce (romaine, red leaf, green leaf)
•Red beets (one or two will last a week)
•Bell peppers
•Yukon gold or new potatoes
•Sweet potatoes or yams
•Acorn or butternut squash
•Oranges and grapefruit
•Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, goji berries, and other berries

Avoiding these foods are supportive:

•Sugar and other sweeteners

Some people with thyroid conditions such as hupothyroidism or those using blood thinners may be advised to avoid:
Brussels Sprouts
Mustard Greens
Soy-Based Foods

that may irritate their conditions.

Isagenix is a discipline, as with any approach to dietary goals. It requires motivation and endurance, plus recommended exercise in routine moderation.
Isagenix works best for people who are about 10% to 30% overweight. Do not expect overnight miracles and do not practice going off and on the diet. It works, used as directed, if repeated routinely and with proper food intake. Isagenix is a supplement, not FDA approved, designed to help you along your desired path.

I studies a group of extremely overweight people in one of my internships of addictive disorders. These were candidates for and patients that had bariatric surgery to decrease stomach capacity and curb eating habits. Ironically, few of the two hundred people followed had actually lost and continued loss to more normal weight. Bariatric surgery is a tool. It isn’t a cure.

Isagenix is a tool. Isagenix isn’t meant to be a cure. Isagenix is a cleansing process and it may send you the bathroom more often. It is milder than laxatives and works over a longer time frame to eliminate toxins.

Isagenix is a supplement that aids cleansing. Your body is designed to constantly gather up and remove toxins from your cells. Most of the toxins that are stirred up from your cells are broken down in your liver, and then eliminated from your body via your kidneys, colon, skin, lungs, and mucus linings in your nose and ears. While some toxins may be necessary to cell maintenance, Isagenix needs to be used in either 9-day or 30-day frames to help you reach and stabilize goals.

Used as a weight loss tool, the Isagenix products may be fine as part of a routine. As a cure for chronic pains and conditions you may need to consult your physician. Many chronic health challenges take years to develop, so it’s unrealistic to expect such challenges to fully heal within months, even if you fully support your cleansing mechanisms. Isagenix must be used wisely and, if you take medications, your doctor should be advised of your Isagenix routine.

People come in all shapes and sizes. Genetic predisposition may be a prime factor. Isagenix doesn’t claim to rid cellulite or hip sizes. Isagenix may help you follow an enduring path with weight loss maintenance. Isagenix is only a tool to help modify tour lifestyle. The results are, ultimately, up to you.

Isagenix has a program, similar to Avon, to help you spread the word. For me, this reeks of scam. Yet, if you believe that Isagenix is that good for you, then spread the word and make money. This part, however, I’m sort of uncomfortable with. I guess this is why Isagenix or Isogenics came up in many conversations.

Detox has been discussed by many health practitioners and there are many products to help you detox. Is Isagenix the best product? I don’t know. The idea is once you choose to begin a detox cleanse program you should check with your doctor. If it’s okay, start and set it as a routine lifestyle.

Sacrificing Obamacare discredits Heritage of democracy

Health studies show that stress leads to many diseases. Studies show that applying more stressors can impair focus and functioning. An anti-health or anti-ObamaCare lobby group is clouding the stress of national debt management by adding ObamaCare to the debate. Politicians have difficulty focusing in the first place. Sacrificing ObamaCare is the only way to assure a working national budget that wouldn’t need revision every few months.

Both houses helped resolve the national debt crisis of 2013. It is a Band-Aid, perhaps a Christmas gift. The fight is going to continue after the new year. Managing the national debt isn’t the core of the issue. Sacrificing ObamaCare is the center of future negotiations. After 60 years of debate, creating a national health care act seems to be perceived as a four-letter word (and it isn’t SAVE or LORD). War always takes precedence over health care. Sacrificing ObamaCare is the only way to help manage the national debt.

Presidents George Bush (both one and two) helped add national debt by waging war in the Persian Gulf, a conflict where (like Vietnam) the USA isn’t universally seen as a hero. Both Bush presidencies are seen as heroic, almost worthy of sainthood.

For all intents and purposes, President Clinton made an attempt at health care reform and was almost crucified for it, While he helped trim the national debt, Clinton will be remembered for getting a blow-job from an intern.

President Obama began by sweeping up a financial crisis of defaulting mortgages and loss of the USA car industry. Adding to the national debt resulting from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, Obama was sharply criticized. The USA investments helped save the car industry, helped many Americans save their homes, and helped keep any mismanaged banks from dying.

Obama’s stand to create much needed health care reform was met with intense ridicule. Dubbed ObamaCare by critics, the haphazardly passed policy will be his memorial. The Affordable Care Act, passed by Congress, was not a total solution but allowed affordable health care access to 20 million USA citizens that otherwise would not have any.

Washington insiders knows that financially-fueled lobby groups are the unofficial but legitimate powers that guide the way the Senate and Congress legislate. Obama sought to break lobbying power. After 5 years, lobby groups are demonstrating their strength. The Heritage Foundation is directly behind the political balancing act of sacrificing ObamaCare and the balance of USA integrity to citizens is being compromised.

“Founded in 1973, The Heritage Foundation is a research and educational institution—a think tank—whose mission is to formulate and promote conservative public policies based on the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense.” It appears to seek a new colonialization that oppresses new ideas, approaches, lifestyles, and beliefs. It derides blessing the meek and healing the misbegotten and the poor.

The Heritage Foundation pulpit spreads its mission as reason to groups of believers seeking salvation from the new ideas that have been cropping up over the past few hundred years. Here, the disenfranchised are the sacrificial lambs – the blacks, the un-Christian, the gays, the sick, the obese, the poor, the unemployed and all the other free-thinkers that Jesus might have supported if He were here now.

The Heritage Foundation uses money, psychology, science, and social concepts to shift thinking to the abstraction of right. They are blatantly opposed to liberal thinking. Yet, liberalism helps preserve the right of Heritage Foundation to express itself.

We have witnessed the reign of individual freedom and free enterprise with polluted rivers and air. We’ve seen corruption and torture. United States knows the historical ramifications of prejudice and discrimination under British rule. In the US revolution and Constitution, the definitions allowed freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Realizing that times change, our founders realized amendments to the Constitution need to be declared. There must be a separation among Church and State. The Heritage Foundation is breeding antagonism to ObamaCare and maybe sacrificing ObamaCare may be wiser in light of this negativity, in light of proposed government shutdown threats.

The Heritage Foundation, under the disguise of science, reason, and statistics, is a religious organization seeking to establish a “Christian Right” just like the good old days when oppression by the church reigned.

The vast resources of the Heritage Foundation spews propaganda that’s not unlike those used by Hitler and other fascists in history. Of course, the United States may in some ways be guilty too but stands behind the power of the freedom of speech and expression. The Heritage Foundation generally opposes open dialog among different paths of thinking.

Under this power, republican senators and congress representatives, debunk any revision of health care for those who can’t access it. Physical health and wellness needs to be supported for a more vital nation. Research and innovation needs guidance for many major innovations have come from the have-nots. The national debt increases in favor of war and scapegoating instead of peace.

ObamaCare is imperfect and may have not been promoted wisely. I agree that maybe it shouldn’t have been made law in the way it is. If drug manufacturers and doctors contributed services of general care to the poor (in exchange for tax deductions) that might be nice. Instead of waging war overseas, the USA should be waging war to help those who can’t help themselves, with respect and education. Those are dreams unattainable in this multicultural and divisive oasis known as the United States.

The Heritage Foundation, through its TV channel, extends a sphere of influence seeking to dominate conservatisms to influence legislators and people around the country. Amidst this mode of free expression against ObamaCare, it is important for President Obama to consider sacrificing ObamaCare. The national debt and overwhelming poverty and unemployment issues require higher levels of consciousness to reduce stress.

Sacrificing ObamaCare makes sense under this form of critical expression. It taxes a government already heavily in debt. The legislative houses should be approaching new ways of innovation and social reform to help USA make an example to all other countries. While sacrificing ObamaCare, our elected politicians must focus on suitable replacements. If we don’t like what they do, we don’t re-elect them.

There are many problems with our Health Care System and USA is reluctant to accept a socialist approach. It means changing many of the structures in modern medicine.

“Seek and ye shall find” is the core of improvement. “Respect others as you want them to do for you.” These are the foundations behind the amended Constitution we adhere to. Freedoms and liberties shouldn’t be compromised but government must set guidelines that assure corporate responsibilities. Individual freedom is often open to abuse, even without deliberate intention. We need broad representation working in our government.

We live in a unique, great country where all types of views can be debated publicly. Setting a limit to the number of ObamaCare subscribers may be a way to adjust the program until revisions take place. For now, avoiding another government shutdown and possible 2014 default should be central. Perhaps limiting ObamaCare is better than sacrificing ObamaCare for budget balancing consideration.

The national debt needs to be controlled without sacrificing the needs of all American citizens. USA must aim at growing stronger from within our borders. We should not police the credo of other countries but must impune harshly when attacked. The strength of USA lies in our energy, health, education, and welfare. USA citizens come from many heritages and cultures but we stand proudly as Americans. If we can be closer to reaching beneficial goals by sacrificing ObamaCare, then we all are winners.

Let’s focus on coping with the overwhelming stressors before the USA finds itself AND OUR SELVES in much sicker situations.

Insurance companies and health-care providers must understand that the Affordable Health Care act is not another venue for higher priced care. It is core to the element of democracy that all deserve the opportunity to receive preventive and reactionary health care,

The Repo Era for repossessing the United States

My father told me that for every dollar you earn you must try to save a portion of it. That was when a dollar meant something. A saying, “Neither borrower or lender be” makes sense but, in an inflated economy, it doesn’t make sense. So we develop habits. We borrow with intent to repay but it doesn’t always work that way. United States (and that means all its people) are in debt of over $16-trillion. Money is like a drug and it’s a habit that’s impossible to break. That’s why there is repossession. Creditors repossessing the United States is a bad outcome but how many addicts ever considered their outcomes?

Easing a little from the partial US government shutdown, Senators and Congress appear to be reaching some decision about the debt limit. Failure to meet loan payments could increase unemployment, send interest rates higher, and downgrade economic USA value. The problem is that the raise is temporary and there are future payments due. Repossessing the United States by creditors China, Japan, and others reads like a fiction novel. United States needs to pull back from war and certain foreign issues to stop the economic draining. One day, creditors may insist that we pay up.

Thoughts about repossessing the United States seem preposterous. So does repossessing homes and cars but they do happen. United States did buy and win most of our land in the 1800s. When Clinton passed the baton to Bush, there was no looming deficit. Bush’ tactical response to 9/11 and Obama’s continuance in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other areas now cost USA over one billion dollars per day. With congressional bickering, our creditors are getting nervous. Raising debt ceiling to avoid default means a higher deficit. Can we ever pay our creditors back? Will repossessing the United States ever be an option, at least select parts?

Some people say that living confronts two basic entities, death and taxes. The earliest of civilizations required forms of dues to maintain sovereignty. Many didn’t have resources to pay those taxes. The results may have been death or slavery. In most instances, governments took children to fight wars, as a form of repayment. Talk about national debt is more than talk. A world crisis is emerging that can topple the way people live. The related interactions of credit and debt may result in quaking shifts. USA growth exploded in the 19th century. Will repossessing the United States be the theme of the 21st century?

In the past centuries, before credit cards, people extended themselves beyond affordability and classes if indentured servitude were developed for payback to creditors. More recently, businesses would sell consumables on credit as a means of moving merchandise. Instead of paying $100, you’d pay an affordable $10 per month for 12 months (including interest), ergo $120 for a product that sold for $100. The arrangement seemed palatable provided you could withstand the routine payments for the product. If you didn’t, the business would repossess the product if you failed to meet payments. In a sense, if we follow that logic, repossessing the United States for massing lingering debt would be possible. Perhaps not today but some day.

Credit and debt associations have been fundamental relationships in life. Early marriages were often based on debt-credit strategies. Repossessing the United States isn’t so far fetched when you consider the dire needs and possible repossession of property around the world. All sorts of property bought on credit, including cars and furniture offered at 0% interest, may end up as repossession targets. Such was the basis of the mortgage crisis that plagued the United States at the dawn of this century.

The homes of ordinary citizens were under threat of being repossessed by the creditors. The results would have been catastrophic, increasing homelessness and destroying the American dream of holding property. Shanty towns, a kin to those seen in Africa and third-world nations would rise across the United States.

In Europe, countries have been going bankrupt and adding debt to stay afloat. Even the once massive British empire is faced with the spreading cancer of debt. British figures reveal one home in each road in Britain is at risk of being repossessed as families struggle to meet mortgage and rent payments. The high cost of living, unemployment and reductions to council mortgage help schemes – due to government cuts – are blamed for a dramatic rise in the threat of home repossessions. In the USA, President Obama raised the national debt to keep people from being repossessed in 2008 but the credit/debt disease keeps spreading and repossessing the United States may be a horrific possibility if lawmakers don’t raise national debt further because, some day, the creditors may be assertive about being repaid.

Over $16,000,000,000,000 is an abstract figure to many people but over the past few decades the United States amassed over 16 trillion dollars of debt to various creditors. When you consider there are 3111 million citizens in the United States, each citizen owes over 51,446.00, in addition to personal debt. Thus, a middle-class defined salary of $75,000 per year, minus debt, technically leaves someone near or at the poverty line, considering net (take-home) pay. This debt is staggering!

United States borrows with Treasury Bonds at certain goals of high interest rates. The biggest holders of these bonds are two former enemies, Japan and China. United States owes them. The political bickering in the US Congress is making creditors uneasy and the repossessing the United States seems more likely as politicians play with our lives.

Japan’s finance minister pressed the United States to quickly resolve its political deadlock over government finances to avoid a fiscal crisis that could damage the global economy. The comment appears to be the latest sign that Japan and China – the biggest foreign creditors to the United States – are increasingly worried that the U.S. government shutdown and the standoff over the debt ceiling could wreak havoc on their trillions of dollars of investments in U.S. Treasury bonds. United States Congress and Senate representatives of both major parties are putting USA citizens at risk f one day seeing foreign powers repossessing the United States. In economic production, United States powers have fallen and we might be facing a form of crisis that repossessing the United States in parts may be the only way of meeting debt. If bonds were like stocks and shares, USA creditors are already partial owners, at least on paper.

As a prospectus, United States is abundant in resources and beauty. It also has 15% people living at poverty level. According to the New York Times in December 2012, USA students lag behind Asian students. Per Huffington Post article, USA education ranked 17th in the top-20 most educated countries, at the end of 2012. In the Global Creativity Index report, United States ranked in the middle of the top-10 (2011). But, according to Forbes Magazine, USA graduating students have a 1.2 trillion dollar debt eating into the budget of our national debt. Many of those students can’t find suitable jobs for their education level.

The cost of United States involvement in the Afghan War is $7.2 billion per day in 2013, down from 8.6 billion per day in 2012. United States presence in that area since 2003, per Harvard study, may total $6 trillion. In other foreign aid, United States is the largest global contributor. While foreign aid is only about 1% of the budget, that totals tens of billions of dollars.

Overall, the USA seems healthy in world rankings. An over $16-trillion debt prevents USA from moving forward. Life for most people in the USA is wonderful.

The current USA map consists of many 19th-century acquisitions, far larger than the original 13 States. United States was wealthy and growing.

In 2013, USA must make a concerted effort to set policies to significantly reduce national debt over the next few years. USA can no longer afford humane wars abroad. USA should no longer hold major debts to foreign countries but allow foreign countries to invest here. If USA does not focus on building and maintaining the core of USA, we might as well allow those creditors to repossess parts of the United States to quickly pay off the debt. It’s stupid and foolish. Somehow, though, we need to get out of the debtor status. We need to work on our future for this and the coming centuries. Debt is an addiction. We must break the habit.

Debt Ceiling as a consequence of freedom

The national US debt is over 16 trillion dollars. The estimated population of the United States is 316,810,620 so each citizen’s share of this debt is $52,872.11. The National Debt has continued to increase an average of $1.83 billion per day since September 30, 2012! Debt is becoming a fact in the life of each USA citizen. With a dying infrastructure and lack of consumer product productivity, the decision to increase the debt ceiling or keeping the debt ceiling stable is a very serious concern to USA citizens and fodder for party politics and the media. Sadly, debt ceiling issues prevail beyond national debt as credit concerns proliferate even higher to each person’s personal expenditures. Until the debt ceiling is effectively reduced, each citizen is like an indentured servant. Is the USA on the brink of becoming one of the world’s poor nations? That is the core of the debt ceiling debate.

In some very weird way, the republicans that refuse to raise the debt ceiling, in congressional budget debates, may be the progressive thinkers of our time. Continually raising the debt ceiling fortifies the delusion of the power of freedom and opportunity. In 1860, republicanism stood for the abolition of slavery. Working to abolish national debt is a grand idea but, in a fragile domestic and international economy, the value of money, savings, and perceptive freedom will bear considerable sacrifices. Breaking that delusion right now would eliminate social and educational reforms that perpetuate a better future for United States’ dream and sovereignty. Is raising the debt ceiling going to produce more good than harm in the future?

Since the dawn of humanity, indentured slavery was an institution. People would trade their individuality for the protection, food, and shelter to a group’s master. Strikingly, in the biblical sentences that followed the giving of the Ten Commandments, rules of treating slaves were indicated. Through most of evolution, slavery was more a reality than the dream of freedom. Of course, existence remained fragile as masters faced wars from other masters and revolutions from within. Indentured servitude was practiced as late as 1917 as a US normality (some cultures within the USA continue this practice). Until the 1970’s, housewives were perceived as a form of domestic servitude. The houses of representatives and the president are considered civil servants.

Wars, social reforms, education, protection and many other things are extremely important to support a group and a country. Enduring involvement in foreign affairs have taxed our national budget. Shifting from being a producer to a consumer nation has decreased our value. The quest and easy establishment of credit has led to illusions that individuals can live in ways beyond affordability by pushing up the debt ceiling.

Credit cards have all but replaced cash-currency. Online businesses require only credit cards. Separate from our USA national debt is personal debt, and the 2013 personal credit card debt statistics are staggering. The average US household credit card debt stands at $15,185, the result of a small number of deeply indebted households forcing up the numbers. Based on an analysis of Federal Reserve statistics and other government data, the average household owes $7,084 on their cards; looking only at indebted households, the average outstanding balance rises to $15,185. Here are statistics, trends, studies and methodology behind the average U.S. household debt. The average consumer has an average of 3.5 credit cards, and additional credit card offers aid in extending your personal debt ceiling.

Social Security still remains the largest depository of savings for retirement and disability. The average family savings account (2011) was around $3800 and about 40-percent of American households (not retired) were saving for retirement, while maintaining an average mortgage of about $95,000. The poverty threshold in 2012 was an income of $23,492 for a family of four. There are over 46 million residents living at poverty level and 45 million with no health insurance access. If USA does not borrow more money for supporting the economy and living situations by raising the debt ceiling, the US may find itself on a list of nations with the most per-capita debt and poverty levels.

Inflation is staggering. In 1973, a Dodge Dart or Chevrolet Nova car was about $3,000, fully equipped. Middle-class salaries were around $10,000 to $25,000. According to the US Consumer Price Index, the value of $10,000 in 1973 is equivalent to $52,675 today. United States must raise the debt ceiling.

According to the Federal Reserve, there is roughly somewhere between $902 billion and $1 trillion in total outstanding student loan debt in the United States today. In addition, tuition increases continue.

Joblessness rises and falls. Prospects for graduates with average grade percentiles are scarce, especially in chosen fields.

The formula that rent needed to be equivalent to 1 week’s salary no longer applies. In addition, internet, cable, and cellular rates might add over $150 per month to your budget.

Debt has become a drug and it is very addictive. It is like an opiate for the masses. It’s time to get the yolk off our backs but we need more time. We need to increase the debt ceiling for another year or two. We must, however, break the habit soon.

Debt is a consequence of freedom. Living beyond affordability may be good for certain aspects of our economy. Reducing personal and national debt ceiling levels are necessities. Amidst poverty and struggling middle-class, USA citizens must avoid indentured servitude. Freedom and choice of opportunities are crucial but, unfortunately, when it comes to debt ceiling fluctuations people must confront more responsible realities. This is the war each must fight at home. Only each of you can make a better USA and we must raise the debt ceiling to help provide latitude to help you reach.

USA is a large country with many people, different cultures, and many diverse needs. The USA national debt has been rising for decades and may one day face bankruptcy, as several European nations have. While I support raising the debt ceiling, the time must eventually come to lowering it. In the post-cold-war era, USA can no longer afford to be the world’s democracy police. USA needs to isolate itself to help boost our domestic concerns and productivity. USA needs something more to sell the world. We have many intrinsic values and must scale down the debt eventually, without harming its citizens. We must return to a progressive era.

USA National Health Insurance of God and Country in government shutdown

There are over 45 million people document in the USA with no health insurance and no access to affordable health care. In a society that discusses health and healthcare issues, elected officials would be more constructive at creating a USA National Health Insurance plan than shutting USA government. Are political conservatives defending religious principles or are they simply road blocking for political stardom? Is a government shutdown necessary? Should you vote them out? Should Obama Care be revised?

The idea of setting up a USA National Health Insurance policy goes back to the 1960’s. Smaller countries in Europe and Asia adopted socialized medicine but United States confronts challenges because of diversity and size. Those things that help make USA so unique are actually the stumbling blocks to a USA National Health Insurance creation. Yet, with over 45 million people who don’t have access to affordable health care, health issues without a USA National Health Insurance format makes United States among the poorest in the world.

Should basic health care be viewed as a privilege or should it be a right? In a country beleaguered by obesity, cardiovascular problems, cancer, and unwellness, citizens should have affordable or even free access to basic health care. United States governing body is doing an injustice by shutting down part of the government. It’s ungodly and inhumane in a society that extols the freedom of opportunity with life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We should also add the pursuit of health. United States must figure out a way to develop a USA National Health Insurance system.

In God We Trust but, in the past 150 years, when it comes to health and wellness, medical care is usually the greater part of the answer. Faith may play a role in healing but some need a flu shot and a check-up to monitor physical health. That is the central core when seeking a USA National Health Insurance Policy for United States citizens. Health care should not be a privilege. It should be a right amended to the US Constitution. Everyone who is unemployed, disabled, and poor should have affordable access to local hospitals and a sampling of physicians. Economics aside, human factors must dominate concerns.

All this talk about the right to bear arms surrounds a constitutional amendment. Yet, if there was a shooting accident (or rampage) some live victims may not be able to afford medical care. Is this was God intended? In Europe and other areas, there are national health care plans. Isn’t it time for at least a basic USA National Health Insurance plan for the poor?

Our elected legislators have decided to declare an impasse on ObamaCare and shut down parts of the federal government. ObamaCare may not be perfect but the soul of it is holy. Biblically God believed in constitutional protections for the poor and meek. Farmers were required to leave shares of worthy crop for poor people to access without asking. Scientific health care should be an accessible right for every legal citizen of the USA, at least on minimal standards. It is absolutely abominable that our elected officials would rather gerrymander party issues and shutdown the government because of a health care policy for the people of the USA. You want to revise it? Work on it. Don’t shut down parts of the United States. Don’t like ObamaCare? Come up with a better USA National Health Insurance.

We must praise the genius of US founders to create a government that could issue shutdowns without threats of a coup, as seen in non-democracies around the world. Unfortunately, several political representatives are using shutdowns to drive home political points. These elected officials simply aren’t doing their jobs for the people. Instead, they’re taking health care to the pulpit for party affiliations. In the biblical days, these people would be excommunicated for their acts.

During Jesus’ time, health care was a problem. Lepers lived in separated areas away from cities. If Jesus were around today, he might appear as a doctor volunteering in a neighborhood clinic tending to the sicknesses and wounds of the poor. There may be few doctors doing this right now but for anyone believing about the sermon on the mount, Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the Earth, these USA elected officials are doing just that. They are sending impoverished US citizens to their graves.

Admittedly, we need a manageable budget for the debt wage over both Republican and Democrat administrations spending money overseas to fight countries in humane pubic relation efforts. Let’s set aside responsibilities to foreign affairs and set focus on the poor and needy within our borders. The United States and its citizens need investment within our cities and rural areas. Focus home. If USA is in debt, set a plan to foster USA citizenry at home. Debt will drop if legislative bodies agree on at least a reasonable multi-level USA National Health Insurance plan.

While government shutdowns are precedential from previous administrations, these precedences should not be used for the sake of political games. Our elected officials need to realize that they represent the people who voted for them. Any lofty ambitions must be set aside when approaching problems and blessings within their districts.

I think every electoral district should have a referendum, as a report card, each election day to find out if their elected officials are satisfactory or poor. Elected officials are not celebrities. They are servants of the people who are the “We” of the declaration of independence.

Health care may be tiered for levels of those that have incomes and those that don’t. But every US citizen must have right to basic health care. Where certain conditions arise, treatment can pass among tiers like a basic HMO program. While ObamaCare may not be perfect. It is what we have now. Keep it until you can tweak it in legislation.

It is not a struggle between faith and science. Both are valid. We have outlawed slavery, brought equal opportunities for sex, race, and ethnicity. The time has come to allow citizens to access affordable health care that is affordable to our country’s budget.

God may have created heaven and Earth. He may have forgotten that people would need a USA National Health Insurance plan. It’s the responsibility of elected officials in the USA to represent the common people that pulled switched to elect them. The common people will also have switches to dismiss them after the term runs out. We should add a report card throughout their term.

Political pundits aside, it’s each citizen’s responsibility to let our elected officials be wary that these United States are still of, by, and for the people. The government of elected officials shouldn’t threaten and shut down. It should be working in behalf of its citizens and the citizens need access to a USA National Health Insurance plan offering reasonable and affordable health care.

There are estimates that there are 300 million impoverished people in Africa, a vast continent, but the UN and other groups run to help them. The disenfranchised poor among the USA citizens are generally ignored. As USA citizens, these people deserve at least basic access to a USA National Health Insurance program. How it is set-up and how it is paid for is a problem when USA balances budget debt. That is what we pay our representatives for. That is why we vote. Shutting down parts of the federal government means incompetence in our legislative bodies. Ignoring the needs of at least 20% of the US population is absolutely abominable. A USA National Health Insurance is very necessary.

Use Powergen Mobile Charger to boost phone and tabs on go

These are external power boosters. These became essential for mobile power users using devices that didn’t have replaceable batteries. The boost provided by a power juice pack is a mobile rejuvenator.

For all available features, a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet without power is like a dead paperweight. A powerless mobile device places you in a twilight zone reality that can shatter your senses and place you at risk.

At less than $50 (often closer to $30), getting one of the Powergen Mobile Charger models or of another brand) is a smart thing to do. Without it as assurance, all your smart uses and needs become needlessly impotent. Prevent mobile impotence by not neglecting this vital part in your list of required accessories. They’re the boosts you really need for those unexpected times that living on-the-go bring.
